Where Jendela Cahaya draws from the fretwork screen, Pintu Cahaya takes the door.
Cast in white gold and set with natural diamonds, the pendant’s oval frame echoes the ventilation grilles and floral tracery of transitional Straits facades. At its centre, a six-petalled bloom — an early ornamental form that predates the more codified styles of port-city jewellery, yet already speaks their grammar. Around it, open lattice. Light moves through, not across.
The two pieces form a complete visual language: one to frame light, the other to pass through it.
